I have been in the computer / technology field for over 20 years. I strive to provide the best possible customer service to my clients. I feel this is always my biggest priority. The amount of comments I receive from my customers regarding customer service shows that this being a priority is critical. In addition to quality customer service is providing quality support to my customers quickly and at a reasonable price. Technology can get expensive especially for small businesses. I want to provide support to those businesses so they can feel like they can continue to succeed without hurting their bottom line and being able to provide their quality services to their customers.
